Your tickets, your hitches, your assets, laid out the way offshore employers read them. Written by someone who's worked the deck, not a generalist.
Experienced offshore workers only. Australia-wide, remote or in person.
If you work offshore and you've got real time on the tools, on the rig floor or running a crew, this is for you. Construction and pipelay are where I came up, so they're listed first.

Role not listed? If it's offshore and you've got the experience, get in touch.
Most offshore resumes I see don't fail on experience. They fail on how it's shown.
Tickets buried or missing. If BOSIET, CA-EBS or your MSIC isn't easy to find, a screener may move on before they get to it.
Duties, not work. "Performed rigging duties" tells nobody anything. What you lifted, on what asset, under what permit system does.
Hitch history that's hard to follow. Short campaigns, turnarounds and back-to-back contracts look messy unless they're laid out properly.
Assets and vessels left off. The platform, FPSO, rig or pipelay vessel you worked on matters to offshore employers.
A mining or onshore resume sent offshore. Same skills, different language. Offshore employers look for offshore detail.
None of this means you're not good enough. It means your resume isn't showing it.
Offshore job ads list tickets as must-haves. Your resume should make them impossible to miss, with expiry dates where they matter.
Tickets I lay out properly (examples):
Ticket expired or close to it? I'll show it honestly and flag what's current, so there are no surprises at mobilisation.
I'm Dylan, and I write every resume myself. No team, no templates, no handing you off.
Before Zillvahn, I spent years on site, including offshore pipelay on the Woodside Scarborough trunkline, pipeline work on Santos DPD, and construction on Woodside Pluto Train 2. I've been on both sides of the desk: on the deck, and later in recruitment, reading resumes and seeing which ones got a call back.
So I know what a hitch looks like, what a permit to work system is, and why your vessel or asset history matters. You won't have to explain the basics to me.
I'm not a recruiter, and I don't place people in jobs. I write resumes that show offshore experience properly.

One price for everyone, whether you're a Roustabout or an OIM.
It's great to have someone on your side who's been on the tools and also been in the recruiter's chair… He did a fantastic job on my CVs, being dual trade ticketed, looping both my tickets into 2 separate CVs that still complement each other… We are good on the tools but not good on the computer. He takes our skill sets and actually presents it on paper correctly… Money well spent. 100%.
Do you find me a job? No. I'm not a recruiter or labour hire. I write your resume and profiles so your experience is clear when you apply.
Can you guarantee I'll get work or interviews? No, and anyone who does is guessing. Hiring depends on the role, timing and the employer. What I can do is make sure your experience and tickets are shown clearly.
I'm new to offshore. Can you help? I only work with experienced workers. If you've got solid trade or site experience and you're moving offshore, get in touch and I'll tell you straight if I can help.
I've done mostly short campaigns and turnarounds. Is that a problem? No. That's normal offshore. It just needs laying out so it reads clearly, not like job-hopping.
Some of my tickets have expired. Should I still list them? We'll sort it together. Current tickets go up front, and anything expired is shown honestly so there are no surprises.
Do you write for drilling roles as well as construction? Yes. Drill crew, rig leadership, production, marine and support roles are all covered. See the list above.
Tell me your role and what you're going for. I'll tell you straight what I can do.
